Phil Miglioratti's Report

The City Impact Roundtable of June 1st was successful and strategic!

More than 50 Christian leaders from across Chicagoland were in serious conversation and prayer from 9am to 3pm. We were graciously hosted by Apostle Daryl O’Neil, along with Elder Helen and Pastor Elton from Crusaders West in Naperville.

I hope our Action Plans and observations (below) encourage you!

The time is right to ask several colleagues to hold October 19th (see Action Plans below).

God is at work. Let’s partner with one another as we join Him,

Phil

Observations
Lots of people from Arts and Dance
    Movement but no breakthrough
Lots of ministries but not connection
We have same heart from God but very different gifts
Local ministries are not held in high regard – this is working against us

Implications
   We need to keep working
    More often, different places
God is doing a lot, may need to rearrange our priorities
Time for one to one – be deliberate
    Need: Resources, Leadership, finances
Insecurity may be preventing us from moving where God wants us to go
We are busy (good) but we are busy (bad)
    Pray and Work
    Sense of Expectancy
